• Data Update Form – form provided to Photographers to update their profile data, including the ability to delete the profile

4. The Operator reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons

2. Nature and Functionality of the Website

   • Data Update Form provided to photographers upon request by contacting the Operator

2. The Operator will make efforts to update data within 7 business days

3. Verification requires access to the email inbox of the contact address published on the photographer's website

4.3 Profile Deletion

1. The Photographer has the right to request deletion of their profile without giving a reason
2. The deletion request should be submitted through the Data Update Form
3. Profile deletion will occur within 14 days of receiving the request
4. Not subject to deletion:
   • History of aggregated statistics (anonymized)
   • Data required by law

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Copyrights

1. All copyrights to the structure, layout, and functionality of the Website belong to the Operator

2. Photos and visual materials remain the property of their creators

3. Photographer descriptions generated by the Operator are the Operator's property but may not infringe copyrights to original content

5.2 Use of Trademarks

1. Company names, logos, and trademarks of photographers remain their property

2. The Operator uses them solely for informational and identification purposes

3. Use does not constitute a suggestion of cooperation or endorsement

5.3 Protected Materials

1. If a photographer finds that the Website uses protected materials without permission, they should immediately notify the Operator

2. The Operator will remove disputed materials within 48 hours of receiving a justified notification
