Photographing weddings is not just a job for me — it is a daily passion that I practice with full commitment in Bytów and the surrounding area. As Photo Kris Krzysztof Rydwelski, I specialize in wedding reportage: my aim is to tell each couple’s story through natural, unposed frames, light and small, meaningful details. My approach is documentary and sensitive — I pay attention to big emotions as well as quiet moments: trembling hands, secret glances, rings and guests’ smiles. When preparing a reportage I work with compositions of light and shadow and a considered color palette so that the images form a cohesive, emotional narrative. I avoid rigid posing and instead create an atmosphere of ease and trust, allowing authenticity to come forward. A meeting before the wedding is an important part of our collaboration. I learn your expectations, the ceremony style and locations so I can craft a reportage that reflects the character of your day. On the wedding day I work discreetly, observing and responding to events, and during the wedding portrait session I gently guide you to bring out spontaneity and genuine moments. I developed my experience at workshops led by Grzegorz “Moment” Płaczek and Nik Pekridis — influences that shaped my sensitivity to decisive moments and working with couples.
